Return Policy:

Most Pantoufle pieces are made to order. For that reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind (buyer’s remorse) or for ordering the wrong size/finish.

1) Damaged, defective, or missing items (7-day claim window)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, we’ll make it right.
• Claim window: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• How to start a claim: Email hello@pantouflemobilier.com with:
• your order number
• a short description of the issue
• photos of the product and the packaging (including shipping label if possible)

2) What happens next (resolution)
After we review your claim, we will offer the most appropriate solution, which may include:
• replacement parts (shipped to you)
• repair solution
• replacement of the item (when applicable)
• refund (when applicable)

3) Return method
In most approved cases, we resolve issues without requiring a return (for example, by sending replacement parts).
If a return is required, we will provide instructions by email, including where to ship the item and how it must be packaged.

4) Fees and shipping costs
• For confirmed shipping damage, defect, or missing parts, we will cover the cost of replacement parts and any required reshipment.
• If a return is required due to a confirmed issue, we will confirm the return shipping process and any labels or arrangements by email.

5) Items not eligible for return/refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• normal wear and tear
• damage caused after delivery (misuse, accidents, improper assembly/installation)
• changes of mind, preference, or ordering errors (size/finish not as expected)

Warranty:

We agree to repair or replace the defective merchandise after verification of the cause for 5 years. The warranty is not applicable to damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear due to daily use.
  • Commercial use.
