What species of wood do you use?

We use mapple, oak and black walnut.

Where does you lumber come from?

We buy our lumber from local suppliers. While we carefully selected local suppliers, it is impossible for us to validate with great precision the origin of the wood. However, we do know that the wood for our furniture comes from Quebec, Ontario or the Northeast of the United States.

Where are you located?

All our work is designed and made in our workshop in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Quebec, Canada.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a store or a showroom where our furniture is displayed, we sell exclusively online.

Can you make this "insert pic of furniture" ?

The answer is no. We only make the furniture listed on our website.

How does the order process work?

Once you’ve sent us your order request, we will contact you to confirm the details of your order. We will email you during the production process to inform you on the progress. When your furniture is ready, we will contact you to give you the tracking order for the delivery or schedule a time for pick-up if you are local to us.

All deliveries are fully insured in case of damage during transport.

Can you customize the furniture?

In some cases, we can adjust the dimensions of the furniture. However, we do not offer any other customization options

What are the current delivery delays for an order ?

Once your order is scheduled, the delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

This includes production and shipping time.

Do you offer delivery ?

Yes, we offer delivery in the Quebec City area. We also offer shipping to the rest of Canada and the United States.

Can I pick up my order at your workshop?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our workshop in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Quebec, Canada.
