Lead Times:

All of our products are made to order, so we typically ask for a 4 - 6 week lead time unless otherwise noted.

Shipping:

We ship to the Canada and the US. Customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties.

Return Policy:

Because most of our pieces are made with care upon receipt of your order, we cannot accept returns on any basis other than shipping damages. We will replace any defective or missing part at no additional cost.

Warranty:

We agree to repair or replace the defective merchandise after verification of the cause for 5 years. The warranty is not applicable to damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear due to daily use.
• Commercial use.
